TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Drago Supply Company utilizes the tools of Continuous Quality Improvement on a daily basis throughout every department and every branch in the company. Teams of empowered Employees use our own problem solving process, known internally as the Drago Value Improvement Process, to solve problems and create improvements in any an all areas of Customer service and company performance.
And we measure our progress using a system of Branch Critical Measurements designed to monitor those elements of performance which our Customers have told us are important to them---things like, “On-Time Delivery” and “Customer Fill Rates”. We even have a system in place to monitor Customer Credits so that we can understand why we issue credits. That way, we can avoid the same problems from recurring in the future.
And that is the primary purpose of our Continuous Improvement effort---to guarantee complete satisfaction with each and every encounter a Customer has with a Drago Supply Company employee.
Our commitment to the principles of Continuous Improvement is permanent. It has become part of the company Culture; so as we continue to grow in size, we also continue to improve in the quality and quantity of services available to our Customers.
